退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds may incur a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative and logistical costs associated with processing your order. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nominno.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back at your own expense and the shipping address will be provided when approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping will not be credited back for the return as this is a non-refundable service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (such as emotes or calendars) and custom products (such as special orders, personalised items or commissions/services). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping will also need to be paid again in the new order.


Country-Specific Consumer Protection We comply with all relevant consumer protection laws for the countries we ship to. For example, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days as per the EU’s consumer protection laws (as outlined above in the “European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period”).

For other regions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, your statutory rights apply in addition to our return policy.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Refund Time Frames For international refunds, please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway. While we process refunds within 10 business days, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account due to international banking processes.

 

Pre-Orders
We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to adjust or cancel a pre-order. While we aim to assist with any issues related to pre-orders, please note the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation of Pre-Orders: Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment; however, cancellations may incur a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative and logistical costs associated with processing your order. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns of Pre-Ordered Items: Pre-ordered items follow the same return guidelines as regular purchases, with a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that any return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Refund Processing for Pre-Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, a refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

International Returns For international customers, please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is marked correctly to avoid additional customs charges when returning the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Currency Exchange All refunds will be processed in the original payment method's currency. Please note that any changes in currency exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund are beyond our control, and the refunded amount may differ slightly due to these fluctuations.
